Title of a magazine is one of the most important factor while making a cover for a magazine… it’s placement, style, size, colour etc are usually consistent for all the issues to create a unique brand personality. A title and its design is generally treated and used as a logo for the publication that cannot be changed in each and every issue except of its colour (only if it’s style allows). The title (design) is changed very thoughtfully and strategically in the favour of brand; and that happens after a long duration, not in every other issue. The publications those don’t follow this unsaid rule of cover making, appear unprofessional and undisciplined.
We have noticed a couple of magazine title changes in the year 2020 (or in the last few years).
